// why carbon fiber

Lighter. Stronger. Built to last in the Gulf.

Lightweight

Up to 5x lighter than steel, 2x lighter than aluminum. Weight reduction without compromise.

Incredibly Strong

Excellent strength-to-weight performance. Built to perform under stress.

Corrosion Resistant

Carbon fiber does not rust. Properly finished parts provide long service life.

Premium Finish

That signature weave. Aesthetic value that metal and plastic can't match.

// built for the climate

Engineered for Dubai sun.

UAE heat and UV destroy cheap finishes — they yellow, cloud, and crack within a year. Every part we make, wrap, and repair uses aerospace-grade epoxy and UV-stabilized clear coats, heat-tested for Gulf conditions. Your carbon fiber stays black, glossy, and sharp.

  • UV protection rated up to index 11–12 — built for peak Gulf sun
  • Heat-resistant epoxy that withstands 80–250°C
  • 5 full days of precise curing for lasting structural strength
  • The same protection on new parts, wraps, and repairs
// material selection

More than carbon.

We work in four composites — each chosen for how your part needs to perform, not just how it looks.

PAN premium

Carbon Fiber

Ultra-light, high-stiffness composite for structural and cosmetic parts — the material that defines the look.

impact

Kevlar

Aramid fiber prized for toughness and impact resistance. Woven into hybrids for a bold yellow accent.

heat + wear

Aramid

Heat- and abrasion-resistant fiber for demanding, high-stress components that take a beating.

value

Fiberglass

Cost-effective composite for larger panels, prototype tooling, and non-visible structural work.

// carbon fiber, explained

Know your weave.

Not all carbon looks the same. We match the weave — and the fiber count — to your part and the look you're after.

Plain Weave carbon fiber weave
1K · 3K · 12K

Plain Weave

1,000–12,000 filaments

A balanced, lightweight checkerboard weave. Available glossy or matte — and in red, blue, silver, or green.

2×2 Twill carbon fiber weave
MOST POPULAR

2×2 Twill

3K twill

The flowing diagonal pattern everyone pictures. Ideal for sharp curves and the signature carbon look.

Forged Carbon carbon fiber weave
RANDOM PATTERN

Forged Carbon

chopped tow

Asymmetric, marbled reflections with striking visual depth. No two parts ever look the same.

Carbon + Kevlar carbon fiber weave
HYBRID

Carbon + Kevlar

carbon / aramid

Carbon woven with yellow or red Kevlar — bold, tough, and built for engine bays and high-performance parts.

// structural cores

Composite foam cores.

For thicker parts, a solid carbon laminate is heavy and wasteful. Instead we sandwich a lightweight composite foam core between two carbon fiber skins — a fraction of the weight, dramatically more rigid. It's the same principle used in aerospace panels and Formula 1 monocoques.

closed-cell

PVC Foam

A closed-cell structural foam core — light, moisture-resistant, and easy to shape into curved panels. The go-to core for cosmetic and semi-structural parts.

tough core

SAN Foam

Higher toughness and fatigue resistance than PVC — ideal for parts that flex or take repeated load without cracking the core, and for panels that must stay dead-flat and rigid under load.

Composite foam cores let us build thick, rigid parts that stay light — instead of adding weight with solid laminate. Tell us the load and thickness you need and we'll spec the right core.

// common questions

Before you ask.

What is carbon fiber and why use it?
Carbon fiber is a high-performance composite material — lighter and stronger than metals. It's used in aerospace, motorsport, and premium products where weight and strength matter.
Can you replicate any part?
If you can send us the physical part (or we have a partner with an existing mold), we can replicate it in carbon fiber. We've done everything from automotive trim to custom decorative pieces.
How much does a carbon fiber part cost?
Pricing depends on the part size, complexity, and quantity. That's why we quote on WhatsApp — send photos and we'll give you a price within hours. No call centers, no waiting.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We're based in Dubai but ship globally. If you can send us the part or design, geography isn't a barrier.
Can you fix scratched carbon fiber?
Yes — and it's usually much cheaper than replacing the part entirely. Send us photos on WhatsApp and we'll assess whether repair is viable.
