What Is Parts Production?
Once a mold is ready — whether we made it or you provided it — we handle the complete production cycle. Every part goes through the same process: precision carbon fiber layup, resin infusion or hand-layup (depending on requirements), vacuum bagging for compaction, controlled curing, demolding, trimming, and final finishing. The result is a part that's ready to install, display, or ship — no post-processing needed on your end.

UAE heat and UV destroy cheap finishes — they yellow, cloud, and crack within a year. Every part we make, wrap, and repair uses aerospace-grade epoxy and UV-stabilized clear coats, heat-tested for Gulf conditions. Your carbon fiber stays black, glossy, and sharp.
