Carbon fiber is a high-performance composite material made of carbon atoms bonded in a crystalline structure. It's 5x lighter than steel and delivers excellent strength-to-weight performance. We use it to manufacture parts that need to be both lightweight and incredibly strong.

We offer 2x2 twill weave (the classic diagonal carbon pattern), 1x1 plain weave, and forged carbon (a mottled, random-fiber look). We match the weave to your application and aesthetic preference.

Gloss clear coat (standard, mirror-like shine), matte/satin clear coat (subtle sheen), and raw finish. Custom colors available on request.

You send us the physical part. We create a mold from it, lay up carbon fiber in the mold, vacuum-bag and cure it, then demold, trim, and finish. The result is a 1:1 carbon fiber copy of your original.

Not necessarily. We can work from CAD files (STEP, IGES, STL, SolidWorks, Fusion 360), physical prototypes, or even concept sketches. CAD gives the cleanest result, but we're flexible.

Yes. If you plan to reorder parts, we keep the mold in our workshop. You only pay for parts on subsequent runs — no mold cost again.

Standard turnaround varies by service: replication 1-3 weeks, mold creation 1-4 weeks, production 2-4 weeks, wrapping 1-2 weeks, repair 2-5 days for minor work. Rush available on all services.

One part. We do single one-offs and full production runs. There's no minimum.

Yes. We're based in Dubai but ship globally. If you can send us the part or we have a mold partner for it, geography is not a barrier.

We offer in-person pickup and drop-off across Dubai. For Abu Dhabi, weekly courier runs. For Sharjah, weekly pickup every Tuesday plus workshop partners for overflow.

Most can. Clear coat scratches, chips, faded clear coat, and even some structural cracks are repairable. For severe delamination or structural failure, replacement may be better. We'll give you an honest assessment — send photos on WhatsApp.

For structural repairs using the same carbon fiber and resin, yes — strength is restored. For purely cosmetic repairs (clear coat only), the underlying structure is unaffected.

For clear coat damage: invisible after refinishing. For weave damage: we match the weave pattern closely. Minor differences may be visible at very close range, but the repair blends in under normal viewing.

Wash with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive cleaners. Apply UV-protective wax every 3-6 months. Our UV-stabilized clear coats resist yellowing, but regular care extends the finish life.

Our clear coats are UV-stabilized and heat-tested for UAE conditions. Under normal use, they won't yellow or fade. We design every part for the climate it lives in.
