What Is Carbon Wrapping?

Carbon fiber wrapping is the process of applying a real carbon fiber skin over an existing part. Unlike vinyl wrap (which is a printed pattern) or hydro-dipping (which is a film), our wrapping uses actual carbon fiber cloth and resin — the same material we use in our full manufacturing process. The original part stays in place. The result is a genuine carbon fiber surface that looks, feels, and performs like the real thing — because it is.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this real carbon fiber or a wrap/sticker?
Real carbon fiber cloth and resin — same material as our full manufacturing. Not vinyl, not a sticker, not hydro-dip.
Can you wrap any shape?
Most shapes, yes. Very complex geometries may require part replication instead. Send photos and we'll advise.
How durable is the wrap?
The carbon fiber skin is as durable as a full carbon fiber part — clear-coated, UV-protected, and ready for daily use.
Will it survive the Dubai heat?
Yes. Our clear coats are UV-stabilized and heat-tested for UAE conditions. Your wrap won't yellow, crack, or fade in Dubai sun — the same protection we apply to all our manufactured parts.
