What Is Mold Creation?
A mold is the negative shape that carbon fiber is laid into and cured against. It determines the surface finish, dimensional accuracy, and repeatability of every part that comes out of it. A bad mold means bad parts — every time.
We design and fabricate molds from CAD files, physical prototypes, or concept sketches. Our composite molds are built for real production runs, and because we retain the mold you can reorder parts without paying for tooling again.

How We Build Your Mould
From your original part
You send us a physical part. We replicate it first, then create a production mold from the replica. Fastest and most cost-effective route when the part already exists.
From your digital design
You send us an STL or CAD file. We SLA 3D-print the part in-house, then build the molds around the printed master. More involved and more expensive, but ideal when no physical part exists yet.
How Long Does a Mould Last?
Honest expectation: a composite carbon fiber mold typically yields 10–50 pulls depending on part complexity, geometry, and how carefully it's used. For higher volumes we can build reinforced or tooling-grade molds — tell us your target quantity and we'll spec the right mold.

UAE heat and UV destroy cheap finishes — they yellow, cloud, and crack within a year. Every part we make, wrap, and repair uses aerospace-grade epoxy and UV-stabilized clear coats, heat-tested for Gulf conditions. Your carbon fiber stays black, glossy, and sharp.

Standard UV clear coat
UV-stabilized finish for everyday interior and exterior parts.
Premium UV clear coat
Upcharge. Higher heat tolerance for engine bays and sun-exposed panels.
Standard epoxy
Our default laminating resin — strong, stable, UAE-tested.
High-temp epoxy
Special order — contact us. For extreme under-hood and exhaust-adjacent parts.
