What Is Part Replication?

Part replication is exactly what it sounds like: you give us a physical part, and we manufacture an exact copy of it in carbon fiber. We create a mold from your original part, then produce a carbon fiber version using the same layup and curing process we use for all our manufacturing.

The result is a part that matches the original in every dimension — same shape, same mounting points, same fitment — but is significantly lighter and stronger. It's ideal for automotive components, interior trim, functional brackets, and any part where weight matters.

What Can We Replicate?

Automotive trim and panels (interior and exterior)
Mirror housings and spoilers
Functional brackets and mounts
Decorative pieces and accessories
Motorcycle and bicycle components
Marine and aerospace trim

01

Rolls-Royce Wraith — Spirit of Ecstasy Hood Ornament

Original part
The factory Spirit of Ecstasy figurine in polished stainless steel.
Why it needed replication
The owner wanted a lightweight, blacked-out carbon fiber statement piece to match a full carbon exterior theme — without sacrificing the exact silhouette.
How we solved it
We took a precise multi-face mould of the original figurine to capture the intricate flowing lines, then hand-laid fine 1×1 plain weave over the compound curves and finished in high-gloss UV clear.
Final outcome
A one-off carbon fiber Spirit of Ecstasy that drops onto the original mount, weighs a fraction of the metal original, and holds a flawless mirror finish. The mould is retained for future reorders.
02

BMW S1000RR — Intakes, Fuel Tank Cover, Skirts, Swingarm & Wing Attachments

Original part
OEM ABS and painted plastic bodywork: air intakes, fuel tank cover, lower skirts, swingarm covers, and aero wing attachments.
Why it needed replication
A track rider wanted matched carbon fiber bodywork to shed weight and survive high engine-bay heat where painted plastics were warping and scuffing.
How we solved it
We replicated each panel from the original parts, using 2×2 twill for the visible bodywork and a carbon + Kevlar hybrid for the high-abrasion swingarm covers. High-temp epoxy was specified for the intake and tank-facing parts.
Final outcome
A full set of drop-in carbon fiber panels with factory fitment, noticeable weight savings, and heat tolerance the plastics couldn't match. Moulds retained for the rider's next build.
03

Ferrari SF90 Stradale — Front Lip Spoiler

Original part
The factory front lip spoiler in painted composite.
Why it needed replication
After minor curb damage, the owner chose to upgrade to exposed carbon fiber rather than repaint — matching the car's optional carbon aero package.
How we solved it
We moulded the undamaged original lip across the faces needed to capture its full aero profile, laid it up in 2×2 twill aligned to the centreline, and finished in gloss UV clear for a factory-carbon look.
Final outcome
An exposed-weave carbon front lip with exact OEM fitment and mounting, indistinguishable from a factory carbon option — at a fraction of dealer cost. Mould retained for reorders.

Replicate Parts for Your Vehicle

Dedicated pages for owners of high-end cars and bikes in the UAE — bring your part, we replicate it in carbon fiber, and we keep the mould for reorders.

// built for the climate

Engineered for Dubai sun.

UAE heat and UV destroy cheap finishes — they yellow, cloud, and crack within a year. Every part we make, wrap, and repair uses aerospace-grade epoxy and UV-stabilized clear coats, heat-tested for Gulf conditions. Your carbon fiber stays black, glossy, and sharp.

  • UV protection rated up to index 11–12 — built for peak Gulf sun
  • Heat-resistant epoxy that withstands 80–250°C
  • 5 full days of precise curing for lasting structural strength
  • The same protection on new parts, wraps, and repairs

Materials & Specifications

Clear coats and resins are matched to the part's job and the Gulf climate. Here's the honest heat resistance you can expect from each system:

Standard UV clear coat

UV-stabilized finish for everyday interior and exterior parts.

82°C

Premium UV clear coat

Upcharge. Higher heat tolerance for engine bays and sun-exposed panels.

140°C

Standard epoxy

Our default laminating resin — strong, stable, UAE-tested.

100°C

High-temp epoxy

Special order — contact us. For extreme under-hood and exhaust-adjacent parts.

>100°C

Not sure which system your part needs? Send us the application on WhatsApp and we'll spec the right clear coat and resin.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will the carbon fiber copy fit exactly like the original?
Yes. We mold directly from your original part, so dimensions and mounting points are identical.
Do I need to send the original part?
In most cases, yes. If you only have a CAD file, see our Mold Creation service instead.
Can you replicate large parts?
For parts over 1 meter, contact us to discuss. It's possible but requires special handling.
How long does replication take?
Typically 7–20 days. Turnaround depends on part complexity and the number of mould faces required to capture all features. Rush available on request.
