// what we replicate

Carbon fiber parts for your Kawasaki Ninja H2

The supercharged Kawasaki Ninja H2 and H2R already ship with carbon on the halo models — owners of the standard H2 often want that same exposed-weave look across the bodywork. We replicate your panels for an exact match.

The most-requested H2 parts are the front cowl, side fairings, aero winglets, tank cover and tail. Given the supercharged engine's heat, we specify high-temp epoxy and premium UV clear on any panel close to the powertrain.

Bring Us Your Part

The workflow is simple: you bring the original part, we replicate it in carbon fiber, and we keep the mould. Because the mould stays with us, the tooling cost is spread across future reorders — you effectively pay only a share of the mould up front, and nothing for it again.

01

Bring us your original part

Drop your Kawasaki Ninja H2 part at our Ras Al Khor workshop, or ship it to us. Not sure it's replicable? Send a photo on WhatsApp first.

02

We replicate it in carbon fiber

We mould from your original across every face needed to capture the geometry, then hand-lay carbon fiber and finish it with a UV-stable clear coat.

03

You get the part back — factory fit

Your carbon copy fits exactly like the original: same dimensions, same mounting points, lighter and stronger. Typical turnaround is 2–5 weeks.

04

We keep the mould for reorders

The mould stays with us. Want a matching set, a second car, or a replacement after track damage? You only pay for the part next time — never the tooling again.

Materials & Specifications

Clear coats and resins are matched to the part's job and the Gulf climate. Here's the honest heat resistance you can expect from each system:

Standard UV clear coat

UV-stabilized finish for everyday interior and exterior parts.

82°C

Premium UV clear coat

Upcharge. Higher heat tolerance for engine bays and sun-exposed panels.

140°C

Standard epoxy

Our default laminating resin — strong, stable, UAE-tested.

100°C

High-temp epoxy

Special order — contact us. For extreme under-hood and exhaust-adjacent parts.

>100°C

Not sure which system your part needs? Send us the application on WhatsApp and we'll spec the right clear coat and resin.

Kawasaki Ninja H2 carbon fiber — FAQ

Can you match the factory H2R carbon look on my H2?
Yes. We replicate your panels in 2×2 twill with a gloss UV clear coat to match the exposed-weave look of the halo H2R models.
Will the finish handle the supercharger heat?
For panels near the supercharged engine we use high-temp epoxy and a premium UV clear coat rated to 140°C so the finish won't yellow or cloud.
Do you retain the mould?
Yes — once we replicate an H2 panel we keep the mould, so any reorder costs only the part.
